Meet Lisa

I’m a hands on Naturopath and I find it incredibly important to treat you, coach you and teach you at the times when you need to break habits or create new ones and to support and treat your body so it’s functioning at it’s best as you go through this journey to create a healthier, even more amazing you.

I’m a degree qualified Naturopath (Bachelor of Health science- Naturopathy) and I’ve been working with all walks of life in different areas of the health industry for just over 20 years. I have a very broad knowledge base from bodybuilding/fitness and vitamin stores to pharmacies and spiritual health centers. My experiences and skills have shaped my holistic healthcare approach, which involves treating you on every level – physically, emotionally and spiritually so that your body can find its equilibrium and you can feel truly healthy.

After being quite sick as a kid, my passion for natural medicine grew intuitively as I just knew I could live a vibrant healthy life by eating nutrient filled foods, exercising and steering clear of pharmaceuticals and environmental toxins, but knowing this wasn’t enough, I wanted to help everyone I possibly could to learn about their own health and treat their bodies really well. I started studying my Naturopathy degree fresh out of high school at the age of 17 and I never looked back, health is my passion and I look forward to making your health my passion as well.

I am continuously updating my knowledge, research and skills because my biggest belief is that with knowledge and understanding of what’s going on with your body and why, teamed with learning how to work with it not against it, the sky is the limit with living your healthiest, happiest, fittest life.
